Donating on special occasions

There are so many opportunities to contribute, be it, for example, birthdays or anniversaries. Perhaps you have experienced this yourself: wanting to feel "perfectly happy” by supporting others. Hosting a party entitled “Donating is my gift to you” is always an impressive and good deed, giving our organization a lot and bringing joy to many guests.

We recommend you point out in your invitation you are asking for donations instead of presents. If you ask for cash, you may want to refrain from using a “piggy bank” as you will not know who donated what amount. We have found the transfer of the total cash amount to us by the jubilarian or bridal couple to be the ideal way. It is also possible to have guests directly transfer their donation to us, stating its purpose, but this has shown to be less favorable as data protection laws restrict us from sharing with you who of your guests contributed which amount.

The most important factor is your desire and commitment to contribute - not the amount of your contribution!
